Where are the Live Sales Live sale will be on Wednesday and Saturday please see our Instagram and Facebook for more details How do Live basket work When take part in our live sale you will have a basket. this stay open for a week. so you can keep it open for our lives on Wednesday and Saturday After Wednesday and Saturdays basket be sent to our website . we will send you a message with a link to our website. You will see your Instagram name and a pic of the crystals you claimed. you can add this to your cart . if you would like you can add anything from the website or you can go to check out with the lovely crystals you claim from the lives Live rules Must be age of 18 + claim in all our sales on Facebook/Instagram. When you Claim a crystal on our live sales you are agreeing to buy the crystal. how to claim : during the live we will show a crystal and there will be a label with a letter and a number which will be the price.. eg "B14" .. To claim the crystal please comment the letter and number that is on the label "B14". please remember that other will be claiming at the same time. we will call out the first name come up on our screen and that crystal will be added in to their basket . we only go by the name that come up first on our screen only as everyone will have different name come up first due to their internet. If you are unable to pay for the crystals you claimed during our live sales, please get in contact us within 48hrs from the end of our last live of the week Saturday. if you do not contact us or this happens to often, we reserve the right to no longer allow you to purchase from the live sales. All orders Will be sent out with Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order . If you do not receive your order with in 12 working days please get in touch with us so we can help you. POSTAGE COST Postage cost is Flat Rate of £5. No matter the weight For Live Sales. your basket will remain open until Saturday. so you will only have to pay one postage RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer law.
